Your wedding is one of the biggest days of your life, and you want it to be perfect. Say your “I DO’s” in the Zululand bush at Zebra Hills Safari Lodge in KZN where you are surrounded by grasslands, mountains, rivers and wildlife.


Situated within the 23,000ha Manyoni Private Game Reserve,  Zebra Hills Safari Lodge is a perfect wedding venue & break away from the city rush for the discerning wildlife and bush-lovers.

We can comfortably accommodate 24 guests. Should the number of guests exceed 24 there are several other lodges on Manyoni Game Reserve that can be booked for accommodation.  In order to utilise Zebra Hills Safari Lodge for your wedding you would need to book the entire Lodge.

(Minimum of a 2-night stay)

We have the Main Lodge which consists of 6 double rooms, as well as a 7th room consisting of 2 single beds.  We also have the 4-bedroom Homestead (with 2 attached family rooms)

Each lodge has its own modern kitchen and deck. We have a swimming pool, Boma area & jungle gym on the property, as well as a water hole situated directly in front of the Boma and Homestead.

All bedrooms except one (although it does have its own bathroom directly opposite the bedroom door in the passage) in the Main Lodge have their own en-suite private bathroom with a shower and/or bath.

In the Homestead each bedroom and family room shares a private bathroom with a shower and/or bath. 

Every bedroom and most lounges are air-conditioned. We do have a generator for when the electricity grid fails. We also offer free Wi-fi during your stay.

The Main Lodge and the Homestead each have their own swimming pool and come with their own open safari vehicle, and two game drives per day driven and guided by an experienced & qualified field guide are included in the package. 

Venue Hire

There is an additional Venue hire cost of R25 000.00 which will include the ceremony option at Half lodge that overlooks the game reserve. The riverbed ceremony all depends on the weather, time of the year, availability & big 5 around it but can be arranged and used, additional cost may be required.  The venue hire will also include the use of our wooden tables, cutlery, camp chairs, transfers to the ceremony & back to the reception, ceremony set up and staffing service. Please keep in mind if the wedding is more than 40 pax, the costing might change slightly as extra hands & tables etc would be needed.
